Okay Stay, Some Issues with the Room
room cleanlinessunsettling experience
The cleanliness upon arrival was not ideal. I got to my room, but it was apparent that it had not been cleaned yet. I had to return to the front desk to get a different room which was inconvenient and a bit unsettling. Thankfully, another room was available. The experience was great, despite the eventual resolution AND the staff were helpful.

The room was clean but quite basic. Satellite tv offered about 70 channels. almost all were in french. it was an apartment, daily cleaning was not included. i had to take the dirty towels to reception myself. There i got a stack of new ones. it was the first time i walked around a hotel with a stack of towels.
